Do you suspect Cracked Drain Pipes?
If your drains have suffered damage like cracks or displaced joints, it is important to get them repaired quickly by doing a Drain Patch Liner Repair. This is to ensure you have no loss of use of your drainage system and to avoid having costly repairs and disruption if the drain collapses.
Origin Drainage can provide Drain Patch Liner Repairs or CIPP Repairs (Cured-In-Place-Pipe Repairs) to repair cracks in your pipes. This will save you time, money and the inconvenience of having to excavate to repair the pipe. Patch liner repairs over drain joints can also be used after a Drain Root Cut to avoid roots ingressing into the drain pipes again.
This form of repair is available for both domestic and commercial customers and will provide them with a good quality, long-lasting drain repair.

Drain Root Removal FAQ
What is a patch liner?
The patch is a short sleeve of glass-fibre reinforced matting that is then covered with a silicate resin. The repair is wrapped around a packer which is then pushed through the drain/sewer pipe and inflated over the defect.
How do you fit a Patch Liner?
First of all, we line the patch liner up over the cracks/break to repair using a CCTV drain camera. Then, we inflate the packer holding the liner, which expands until the liner is fitted on the inside of the damaged pipe, sealing the damaged area. It is left in place to harden, then the packer is deflated and removed.
What are the advantages of a Patch Liner repair?
Reduced repair costs – minimal disruption – permanent structural repair
