Brilliant service from Origin Drainage Services, who came on the same day to sort out a hard-to-find blockage that was affecting my house as well as the neighbours. John was friendly, professional, located and sorted out the problem and charged an extremely fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend him for drainage services.

Excelent service after we were let down by St.Albans drains that left us with no wc from Saturday afternoon until Jon came round on Sunday morning dead on time. We received a quick efficient freindly service at a sensible price. Would definitely use Origin again.

Origin Drains undertook a drain survey for me on I house that I was in the process of buying during the summer. At the time, communication was good and the drain survey results were clear. However I have since tried multiple times to arrange them to come back to repair the cracks that were found. Sadly I have been totally ghosted and wish I'd gone elsewhere for my survey -to a company who would reliably help me with the subsequent work that needed doing!

Jon from Origin was brilliant from start to finish on both occasions we used him.

First, he carried out a CCTV drain survey when we were purchasing our house. He explained everything clearly, sent the report and footage promptly, and gave us honest advice which really helped with the purchase.

We then asked Jon back to fix a broken pipe. He told us exactly what needed doing and how long it would take, kept us updated throughout, and stuck to his timescale. He sent photos of the work sowe knew what was going on. After the excavation and drain replacement (which he did with a colleague), he made everything good again so you’d barely know any work had been done.

Jon is polite, professional, great at communicating, and clearly knows his stuff. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jon from Origin for any drainage work.

John provided an excellent service. He was very attentive and professional, resolving the issue within the hour and clearing the wastage from our manhole drain. Thanks to his work, the unpleasant smell in our downstairs toilet has now completely gone. I would highly recommend this company as the prices are also reasonable.

I can’t praise Jon and Origin highly enough. My daughter had a problem with slow drains and whilst she was on holiday I arranged for Jon to come and have a look. There was a major problem with the drains including a collapsed pipe. Jon cleared the drain run and then dug up and replaced the pipe section and junction. It was a top job, so efficient and value for money. He is definitely a find !
