Do you suspect Drain Root Ingress?

One of the most common causes of blocked drains is root ingress from trees and shrubs. The roots are attracted to the drain pipes due the plentiful supply of water. They find their way in though joins in the pipes or defects in the pipes starting of a very fine roots. They then thrive on the supply of water growing thicker and thicker eventually causing blockages and sometimes cracks and breaks in the pipes.

It is important that any roots in your drainage system are dealt with quickly as the problem left only gets worse. Our drain root cutting service will efficiently cut the roots and remove them from the pipes leaving them clearing and free flowing again.

Sometimes after the root removal from the drain you may need a repair to fix cracks or to seal up joints in order to stop the root ingress recuring. These repairs can normally be achieved by installing a patch liner in the drain.
